The short version
Superpower is what you buy when you want a lot of data for not much money: two draws, 150+ tests, a physician-reviewed action plan and a marketplace, for $349. Lifeforce is what you buy when you want a clinic: a 50+ marker at-home draw every quarter, a clinician consult each time, a coach, and therapies on offer, from $599 a year or $149 a month.
OneTwenty at $499 is the middle path with a bigger baseline than Lifeforce, quarterly retests Superpower does not have, and devices neither of them builds around.
Testing
Superpower: about 90 metrics at baseline, around 60 retested later in the year, 150+ total. Lifeforce: 50+ markers, four times a year. OneTwenty: 100+ at baseline, then three targeted quarterly retests, about 200 results.
Drawing blood
Lifeforce includes at-home phlebotomy every quarter. Superpower includes Quest walk-in and charges about $119 at home. OneTwenty includes Quest walk-in and charges $99 at home.
Doctors and treatment
Superpower reviews results with physicians and sells prescriptions and supplements through partners in its marketplace. Lifeforce puts a clinician on a call every quarter and offers hormone and peptide therapies billed separately. OneTwenty has licensed physicians review every panel and prescribe where clinically appropriate through independent licensed providers, with custom supplement packs included.
Devices
Superpower syncs with popular wearables. Lifeforce does not build around them. OneTwenty connects a watch, ring or band, a smart scale and a blood pressure cuff, with an AI health assistant reading the stream alongside your labs.
The honest case for each
If you want the most data per dollar and a place to act on it, Superpower.
If you want a person on the phone every quarter and therapy on the table, Lifeforce.
If you want quarterly retests, devices and physicians in one membership for less than Lifeforce, OneTwenty.
