The short version
Superpower is a bundle: $349 a year buys two draws, 150+ tests, physician-reviewed results, an action plan and a marketplace for prescriptions and supplements. InsideTracker is a la carte: $149 a year for the platform, then $340 for each Ultimate panel of up to 54 markers, with the best wearable integrations in the category.
OneTwenty sits between the two on structure and past both on cadence: one $499 membership, four draws, devices, and licensed physicians who prescribe.
Testing
Superpower runs about 90 metrics at baseline and retests around 60 later in the year. InsideTracker tests when you buy a test, up to 54 markers each time; four a year runs about $1,500 on top of the membership. OneTwenty runs a 100+ marker baseline and three quarterly targeted retests, about 200 results, all included.
Drawing blood
Superpower includes Quest walk-in draws and charges about $119 at home. InsideTracker uses Quest or mobile phlebotomy at extra cost, and also accepts uploaded results. OneTwenty includes Quest walk-in and charges $99 at home.
Devices and daily data
InsideTracker wins here outright: Apple Health, Garmin, Oura and Fitbit feed daily recommendations, and there is a DNA add-on. Superpower syncs with popular wearables but is a lab product first. OneTwenty connects a watch, ring or band, a smart scale and a blood pressure cuff, and an AI health assistant watches the stream alongside your labs.
What happens after the results
Superpower gives you a physician-reviewed action plan and a marketplace to buy prescriptions and supplements through partners. InsideTracker gives you algorithmic recommendations only. OneTwenty has licensed physicians review every panel and, where clinically appropriate, prescribe through independent licensed providers, with custom supplement packs built from your results.
The honest case for each
If you want two draws, a plan and a place to act on it for the lowest price, Superpower is hard to argue with at $349.
If your wearable is the center of your health life and you want an algorithm reading it daily, InsideTracker is the better fit.
If you want the labs rechecked every quarter and a physician running the protocol, that is OneTwenty.
